Hello y'all! I was wondering if one of you could either email me the .zip file or point me to a link. I used the link I had but it was PT 1.2.4 and the UVScan was corrupt. I really need to find a more reliable scanner than 1.2.4 as it usually corrupts the files when saving it.

    Any other ideas?

So, I have found the UVScan but I have not been able to install it. I'm by no means an idiot with a computer but I cannot get it to load, or run in any fashion, I MUST be missing something. Please help me understand my obvious mistake. I need the UVScan as my PT 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 are both giving me bad files while scanning.

Im not sure what version of uvscan you have. I have two different ones. one is labeled 10-18-08 and the other is UVSCAN3. uvscan3 is junk. i could not get it to work properly. i have not tried that uvscan2 in that drop box maybe i'll look at it and see.

That is the only one I have access to. Would you send me a copy of the working copy you have? Please? :-)

IIRC before 1.2.4 the software was locked to the original engine type requested when originally ordered. Most people got their DHP's second or third hand by now. I am the original owner of mine. when i bought mine they just started offering 2 engine types that the tuner would work on. If you were to use 1.1.9 I know that you will not have full access to all different engine types as far as saving and flashing. Version 1.2.2 introduced the ability to perform partial writes and will allow real time writing of scan data. as said before, 1.2.4 unlocked all the engine types. also with each data base update more support was added. there is also a database update that was never included with the above versions. it allowed me access to TCC and gear ratio settings on my DOHC engine. I am not sure what else it can do but was very handy.
