So I know this is not optimal but I have an exhaust leak between turbo and turbo DP (O2's) but I would like to start my tuning. I understand I won't be "dialing it in" yet but my LTFT are super high (likely due to my FI swap to 60#ers) and I want to at least bring those down. I will be disassembling my turbo when I install my P&P heads next month. I guess I'm trying to avoid having to do it twice if possible in the mean time.

The question is "how much does the flow versus gas concentration matter when gross tuning for streetability?"

Also, in PT 1.2.3e I can log the egr voltage which will become my WB voltage so, what is the conversion formula to see AFR?

    TIA,
    Slim

Conversion formula depends on what wideband you have.

As far as tuning goes, you shouldnt have much to do over whatever starting file you have, and open loop is your best bet either way as anything other than stock really likes to throw off narrowband readings I find... I had ok luck with a ST2 and a stattama T67 kit running a narrowband for a few years though.

After I put in my 60# FI my fuel trims have been -5 (idle) to -20 (acceleration). I was under the impression I should MAF to get those under control. It's just dumping fuel. My milage with about the same driving habits has dropped from 22-23 to 16-17mpg. Seems steep to me.

I'm also having spots where my timing will go -5* (negative five, not minus five or five less than) at part throttle when boost hits at 3600-4000 rpm. What do I do with that, do I fix fueling first or attack both?
