on certain years/cars, the VE table is ignored, on others it plays a large role....I have seen this a bunch of times.
The accurate way ( and some will argue) is to set the Injector table to what ever you have and then scale the MAF to get the correct fueling out of the car. Others will tell you to set the Stock MAF, and then change the IFR to the the correct fueling. Really dosent matter....but to get the car dialed in this is what you need to do
^^^^ IFR before maf...totally agreed. It will save a lot of headache later.
BTW op if I'm over 20% I just paste special add then I paste special multiply half percent when I'm getting closer
