no ve tune. Don't need one, if your maf fails why would you keep driving it? Who cares how your car runs when the maf fails lol, get a new maf. I wouldn't keep driving on my spare tire when one of my good ones went bad, would you? Stop wasting you time with ve tunes. I've been told by the best that they are useless. Tune the maf accordingly, it's really not hard. I tuned a gtp over emails all he did was gave me his average fuel trims, i gave him a number and bam (life the chef) his car is dialed in. Now i can tune wot stuff since his cruising trims are damn near perfect, actually better than my own car

If you are having that much trouble dialing in fuel trims then there is something else going on, maybe a vac leak, who knows? I've always gotten it on 3-4 tries (depending on severity) on everyone else's cars and i'm not a genius or anything (well i am a legend in my own mind ) it's just taking what you've been taught, then changing it to make it easier. they say take 1/2 of the average, adjust the maf accordingly. I take 65% and that works so much better for me, gets so close on the first try.
