I have to say I'm not that impressed with Will at Overkill so far. I placed an order for a PCM and was told he was waiting for a new batch which should arrive Wed(10/8). I have been waiting ever since and I have been emailing him and calling him with not a single response. Is an update on my order to much to ask??

I chose Overkill because I heard a lot of good things. All I'm asking is for an order update and he won't respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I would suggest someone else. Check out pfyc.com

Maybe 'Will at Overkill' needs to hire some help or get on the ball if he wants to be taken seriously as a reputable company.

ZZP PCMs are junk, the greatest ones ive had so far are the original DHP and the INTENSE pcm, i run the ZZP PCM now because of the M90 kit

All outstanding PCM orders were shipped before I left for a 1 week business trip on the 16th.

There were no PCM orders made on the 6th; I have a gentleman on the 5th who placed an order for a 2004 PCM, but he lives in New Mexico, not Illinois.

Can you email or PM me on this forum with your name and paypal transaction ID and we can get to the bottom of this for you.

I must ask why you felt the need to complain twice in 2 separate posts? Hes obviously been pretty busy an from the sound of it after reading some of the other posts in reply to both of yours hes not got alot of people workin with him. Give the guy a break. Hes tryin. I have heard alot of good about his stuff an quality takes time. If he opperated at the speed you seem to want him to he would have to do slam jobs which would in turn cut down on his quality and rep. An not every company will instantly respond to you a little patience will 9 times outta 10 get you alot further.
