You can try getting the LTFT within +/- 3 of 0% by doing a MAF tune.

I would get a fuel pump rewire and set up your injector table so that all are the same and then see what its saying.

Then you can take away fuel via the MAF.

11.4-11.5 AFR is about perfect for a supercharged car. Read up on tuning info on this site. I can say I've never really followed Gary's tuning ways.

The run down of the vehicle is a 88.5 suzuki samurai with a 98 s/c 3800. their is no egr, evap or cats on the zuk. As far as the pcm goes it thinks it stock with no trans. I do have a 2005 s/c on the top of it. http://s1203.photobucket.com/albums/...t=IMG_0556.mp4

Even the N/A cars don't run that lean WOT.

I've experimented with mid 12's AFR on a big pulley with some mods before. It's not that great honestly.

11.0 is the target you wanna hit if you're not cammed or intercooled.

mid 11's is great if you're either or, however.

the atacment software will not let me upload the files to it to attach. As far as AFR goes i was shooting for a little leaner to help with mpg some. But i wil see how that goes with the whole tuning proccess matures on this project.

top end AFR leaning won't help mpg unless you're 10.5 or lower and manage to work out a full point to 11.5 or so

timing tuning will help, driving less aggressively will help as well.

I agree with both timing and less agressive driving. With that said i am getting 14.9 mpg right know and that is will very easy driving. I tuned the first time by my short term fuel trims and had the timing advanced 6 degrees and was getting 1 to 2 kr every know and then. I think i have my VE table close know and will be hooking my MAF back up tonight and go from there. WB is from 9.8 to 10.8 most of the time. I figured if i get it to 11.5 it would help some at least.

14 is pathetic. If you follow the info of starting hpt here in the pcm scection...you'll have it doing much better with one maf iteration.

    That's kinda pathetic....

On the worst of traffic days still romping on it, both the GP and the Regal never went below 16-17 avg..

You need to show us a good set of logs and your current tune.

Why is your PE enable set to 100%? I wouldn't get on it much at all without that enabled.

Your MAF tune needs a lot of work looking at those LTFT's.

Your font O2 sensor is cycling quite well most of the time.

Is the WB showing ~10 even when the front O2 sensor is cycling?

If so, either the wide band is crap or the install is faulty in some way, likely the former, or your narrow is shot or not reading correctly.

    One or the other.

The PE table from what j have read is to be set at 100% on multiple forums, here and on hp tuners. As far as the wideband goes it reads the same in hp tuners and with a ddm. From what I can see by the install it is right. The short band is also new and is right from what I can tell. If the long terms ad with in 20 it can keep up. I am new to tuning but as far as the rest it all checks good.

If pe enable is set to 100% you should never go wot. Especially if this is blown.

Is it possible to log your wb as well?

Just like I suspected, either your NB or your WB is off.

Your NB is flipping back and forth while the WB is reading rich.
