I currently have a zzp pcm and recently I was debating to purchase an overkill pcm. The reason I did not purchase an overkill pcm is I was not aware of it at the time of purchase of my zzp tune. Would it be worth the money to purchase the overkill pcm, or should I spend my money on other parts for now?
    Thanks

You'll just be going from one canned tune to another. Save your money and buy a tuner, or have someone with a tuner to tweak it for you.

IMO all off the shelf tunes do is give a good starting point for a tune later... or make the car drivable after installing a bunch of mods. no vendor has the ability to promise you wont have Kr. Down here in florida, i have seen PCM's from ZZP, Overkill, DHP, and Intense all have high levels of Kr. most just need downloaded and tweaked, but some are locked and the owner ends up needing to swap back to a stock pcm for tuning and sell the mod'd one. this is one benefit of finding someone local to tune your car. as long as they have experience tuning, they will know what works and what doesnt in your area. temp, pressure, humidity, altitude all effects your car. your local tuner can account for it and make your car run right and safe.
