i recently took my car in to get a CASE learn done because I put in my new pcm. I am not sure, but I think the dealer reflashed it because the when I rev the car in neutral, the limiter is only at 4000. but the car is still doing the fan on at key off, and I can't really tell if it is skip-shifting from 4-2 or 3-1. Is there any way i could tell if they reflashed it? It is just pissing me off because I told them specifically not to reflash the PCM.
