I havent had a chance to rip the wideband off my mustang yet to tune the gp but im hoping to get to it this weekend. How do these numbers look so far and do you think i can start adding a little timing? I dont know what the kr blip is and if i should be concerned about it. First scan was 1st gear and 2nd scan was 2nd gear. Thanks!

I'm no expert but if your only running 12* of timing at WOT you need to add some timing or more flow mods plus more timing.

That little blip is prolly when you first go into PE mode.

And yeah only 12* of timing at WOT is really low.

Just wondering, what mods do you have?

And IIRC stock WOT timing is around 15-16*

Yeah i know its a little low but I wanted to try and get the o2 in range before adding timing. I really need to get my wideband hooked up and go from there.
Mods are 3.4/FWI/104's/u bend delete/180* stat. I think i need to get headers and see what kind of timing I can run. Im going to add a little more fuel and start playing with the timing. Im going to get the wideband on this weekend and see where im at.

You need to run at least 16* of timing and see how much KR you are getting with a good AFR then add flow mods until you have no KR.

    yes, you need headers.

If you arent getting any KR now, I bet its running stupid rich to try and drown out the knock.

3.4 with only a ubend delete is not enough in my honest opinion.

Guess by your narrow band reading, you are a little lean, so once you get the wideband on add fuel if needed then add timing.

Thanks for all of the info. I bought the car about 2 months ago and the previous owner obviously didnt do things correctly. In fact he didnt even have the U bend installed. He gave it to me with the car so I went ahead and put it on myself. They couldnt get it to pass emissions so I got it for 800 bucks lol. The only reason the CEL was on is because it had a bad vacuum leak. Now im just trying to get the car where it should be. I even thought about trying to get a stock pulley for it and go from there. For now I can tune around it but i dont know how much timing i can run yet, I havent pushed it that far.

Still probably in the 10.x:1 afr range.

Ive been slowly adding timing and scanning. This is what I have so far. Do I just keep adding timing until it starts to show kr then take 1* out? It seems to be running pretty strong right now.
