Thread: Difference Between PCMs

So I've been thinking a lot about the PCMs used in various recent GM vehicles and what the differences really are. Most specifically I'm referring to 04+ Grand Prixs (v6) and 2008 G6 GXPs. Are they for the most part identical with different software? How much does the hardware/software differ from one another?

Different hardware AND OS.
