    Been working fine for months.

took off old injectors put on new so been working on the tune for MAF and now it wont connect.

Its not getting power since the red light wont even come on when plugged in but it works fine when plugged into other vehicles.

    Any help?

Check your cig lighter fuse. Make sure the cig lighter works since it gives power to the data connector.

If you don't have a fuse a bubble gum wrapper (foil) on your burnt fuse works too

Technically it does work temporarily......but if you get any kind of short.....you could start your car on fire by burning wires leading from your fuse box all the way up to the cig lighter......ouch.....

I didn't say it was a permanent solution lol. But it does work. Same goes with the 22 bullet in the older glass type fuses on older vehicles.

This isn't a good idea by any means though. Sadly i've seen it done quite a few times.

Stock up on fuses from the junkyard. That's how I get them for free.

3-4 fuse blocks fill an average sized pocket nicely.

I know on 04+ if the Onstar fuse is blown or missing, then the communication of the OBDII port is inop.

I am pretty sure no junkyard will ever charge you for fuses.. I am positive they PAY to have thousands disposed of daily.

They don't pay for the disposal.. they stay in the car that gets crushed, and they get the money for the scrap. If they were smart, they would remove all fuses when a car arrives and sell them.. Fuses are expensive. Here anyways. Pack of 3 is around 5 bucks.
