ok so im stumped. my friend and i friend from the local club (MN ClubGP) went to start tuning my car and this is what we saw...

the o2 was reading in the 100mv range and below at WOT

The LTFT's where locking at 16.4+ while cruising, then lock in 0 in PE.

i was thinking that it could possibly be a bad o2, so that was replaced and we still saw the same readings. now my only concern is the harness to the o2, the previous owner made his own extension using butt connections and heat shrink... possible problem?

my mods are...
xp cam
3.4 pulley
stock ported manni's (for now)
U bend and cat delete
Ported TB and SC
FWI
EGR delete
EVAP delete
and all of the little things to support all of the above

if anyone can point me in the right direction as to what is going on that would be greatly appreciated. thank you
