The math is different from powrtuner to hptuners but you want to use your 65# ifr table then add about 35-40% fuel to your ifr. So what you will be doing is lowering the ifr table for the bigger injectors and then raising the table values for E85. I started out at +37% and a couple maf tunes, i would recommend a wideband for wot tuning if you have it. If you don't, stay on the rich side of things.
