While wot my afr reading stays locked at a number so per say.
But cruising the reading fluctuates a lot, is that normal?
I never had a wideband before just making sure its working properly.

That's normal. When in closed loop mode the PCM is constantly swinging the AFR so it can make sure the O2 sensor is working.
Mine does the same thing.
On wot it reads 10.7.
depends if you want to run it hard or run it safe.
safe? 11.5:1
hard? 11.7:1-12.0:1
if youre planning on running it hard you CANNOT go without watching it a lot because one blip of it going just barely too lean then bam a piston is gone. you need to make sure it is tune right for the weather. i dont suggest running it that lean without some sort of intercooler/meth.
