those codes were low voltage or some bs. plugged in or not, should not set the light. my egr, rear o2 and purge solenoid are 100% gone, plugs just sit there doing nothing.

The reason it's not connected is because this is a 1998 PCM swap into an older car. The 98+ evap system is different than the older stuff and incompatible so when I rewired the PCM connectors I left all the evap wires out.
I can give those pins 12v through current limiting resistors to simulate the solenoids being present and trick the computer.
...but I should be able to turn off these codes with software and I'd like to solve it that way if I can.
I copied everything over to the newest osid bin file this morning and programmed the existing PCM with it.
When I first started the engine I actually got more of the P16xx improper voltage codes for other pins that's I didn't connect, but after going back and and setting them to 3 and doing a partial write, they all went away. This osid seems to actually respond to the changes I make so I think the problem is solved.
Oddly I remember someone having trouble with EGR codes/emissions not going green. hahahaha
