I have a 2001 Grand Prix GTP. I also have overkill's E85 sensor kit designed for the 2008 GXP. I know the tune on the 2001 can't adjust on the fly for E85, but I have an HP Tuner, and if I can see what percentage of ethanol is in the fuel with the HP Tuner, I can make a rough correction. Would I wire in the sensor the same, except use the wire that would go to the pcm and hook it up to the HP tuner input?

That sounds right to since the pcm wouldn't know what the signal was. You'll have to make a custom pid for it in hpt. I have never used or tuned e85 but logically that would make sense.

Hpt has 0-5v inputs. So as long as the sensor output is 0-5 volts, it will work.
