Ive got a 2005 Buick Lacrosse and hp tuners. Its got pretty much the same bin as a 2005 GP. All the charts match up anf there are not extra tables I dont have. So ive already gone through the forums. Found some stuff about how to do the quick and dirty tune for injectors. Just change your flow rate (mines in g/s I believe right now). Then adjust your maf to compensate and adjust fuel trims. Bam done. But I also read your mpg calcs and that stuff will be messed up. Since id like to keep my MPG function accurate and the oil change/ oil life % whats the best way to go about this? Ive already got my new flow rate for the injectors. Used one of them excel spreadsheets. It gives you the injector pulse width requires at 14 volts. I just made that follow the same curve as stock as a base line. I believe itll be close enough. My stock file did not have any of the injector offset data filled out in the tune. It was zereod across the board. Ive got a top swap tune to pull off of for injectpr offsets. But am unsure if I will need them. Ive also got a file from a 2002 grand prix with 60lbs to pull off. But it looks like they did the quick and dirty way of injector tuning.
