Hello, I have a problem. Ever since I've installed headers I have both codes P0135 and P1133. Nothing I do has made these codes go away. I got a new upstream o2 I got a high flow cat and these codes won't go away and emissions are coming up in November. So can anyone near Joliet,IL 60436 tune these codes out for me? I'm willing to ship my pcm out too.

Unless you have some extensive mod list, you shouldn't NEED an in car tune. I would just do mail order.

PM Reptile, he is only doing a few more tunes before he retires from tuning.

    Or order one from Will:

you cant delete those codes, check your o2 harness or inspect the connections if you made your own extension harness. if the o2 is hitting the firewall good chance you killed it from hitting the f/w.

I didn't think to check which bank those were for. Bank 1 Sensor 1 can be deleted if you run a speed density tune, but... That's unnecessary. And more of a pain to tune.

Are you using an OEM o2 sensor or an aftermarket replacement?

Right? He said that he has a few PCMs left and once they're gone, he is calling it quits.

It's probably not the wiring. The sensor reluctantly tries to keep up to temperature because it's farther down stream with headers. It's actually very common.

I work in Joliet and can remove the codes so you can pass emissions, but you have a different issue....did you check make sure your wire harness for 02 isn't Burnet or grounding out? What brand 02 sensor you buy? Did you check fuse 21 under hood make sure that's not blown? Did you put SD headers on? Did you bang tunnel so 02 sensor doesn't hit the tunnel?

Nope I went through and checked for burnt wiring and didn't see anything. I made sure to zip tie everything away from the exhaust. I do have the zzp o2 extension and a stock o2 sensor that I actually purchased from Reptile about a year ago. I do I have SD headers and I have a couple of cm of clearance. When I replaced the dog bone bushings with urethane I made sure to rock the engine back and fourth multiple times and from what I could tell there was no contact with the firewall.
