So, I've had a DHP for my GTP for years. All I've ever done with it is fix the low/hi cooling fan settings.

Where can I find someone that has, or can send me a simple "better than stock" tune that I can load into my car??

    Thanks Dave

It would be wise to get yourself used to the software too, you really need to know what each thing is in the scanner. That way you'll be able to tell how the motor is running and what might need changing.

Well, I'll try this again. My 1st reply got lost somewhere. Agreed that learning the software is a good idea. But I only want to do a few things & be done fooling with it. So, I'm just wanting whatever additional power can be had at WOT. Or normal driving improvements. I'm not really wanting to change things that will reduce MPG.

Mods are: Headers, hi flow cat, 3" exhaust flow thru. muff., custom CAI, ported TB & blower, port matched LIM, 1.6 rockers, 3" pulley, meth injection (usually use water) Rebuilt trans, high strength input shaft. I think that's it. Car has 149K on it, uses oil. I plan on performance engine rebuild in the future. Thanks Dave

with those mods you should really be playing with your tune. it can be made so much better.

like i said, i can email ya a canned tune, then you fine tune it. that ported TB means you need tuning on the maf with out even seeing a scan i can tell ya that right off the bat.

1.6 rockers are stock, unless you got rollers.

If it matters, I put the MAF in the area below the left headlight where the filter is, so it get better outside temps. instead of engine compartment temps. The rockers were the biggest 1's without taller covers. So, what's in this tune you'd send ? What would I need to tweak? Also added a 180 stat. & 2 trans coolers.

Sounds like you moved the IAT sensor and not the MAF, MAF is located in the stock l67 TB but I guess it would help If I knew what year the car is before I say that.
