Retail tuning service or someone with time? Retail, there was at least one in the cities that showed up on google.

It has to be done either on site or standalone. So i don't care who does it,as long as it works.

Ok. Minneapolis - Automotive concepts does tuning according to site. Elk River - Hitech Motorsport
Haven't used or contacted either.
Edit: Since this is getting views, the other tuner in MN is in Rogers ~ DB Performance.
