error in dhp unable to disable normal message transmission any ideas its a 2000 grand prix gt

gonna need a bit more info here. like what are you trying to do?

I was trying to read the file from the car this is the first time i have seen this error

read the pcm for dtc's, if you find any clear them, then try to read the pcm again.

if it still wont read and you know your dhp is working ( on other cars bins) then theres a good chance the osid of the bin your trying to read is not supported. when that happens you can write another bin file to the pcm of the same year and model car.
