You can read what the new release has but really it's not anything world changing. Just new updates for already supported vehicles and new features with the scanner.

They did fix the 97 GM V6 computer timing from reading negative numbers.

Doesn't seem likely that they will.

Though that makes no difference to me, don't really care if they do or don't add it.

I've got the KR working with the L36 layout linked above, but my question is, there's two KR logs on that, the first one on the layout, shows KR at different places than the KR table at the bottom of it, which is the one I guess was added and the one I use, (The one with the -5 to +5 range), is that the one you guys use as well ?

Well the thing is between the two tables on my VCM scanner, none of the two have KR at the same places.
    First table

Second table (The one I found most logical and the one I'm using, it's the one that compared to the basic layout, was added to the L36 layout in the link above)

having kr in different locations has nothing to do with scanner settings. the only differences between those graphs is that different vehicles took scans. they both have the same units of measures. I would probably use the V6 one since it's probably set up closer to what we would need.

edit: I thought a little more about what you said, and having kr in different spots may or may not be a big deal, but probably not a big deal. in the cells furthest to the right and towards the bottom is the cells to be worried about if there are higher values of kr. stuff less than 1 isn't worrisome, and happens a lot. in the cells with light load, like cruising down the highway at 2500 rpm or whatever, having kr isn't the end of the world and won't hurt anything.

Uh, those are botg photos taken out of my latest scan in the two different graph.

Same log, same car, same time.
Which is why I wonder why the KR is different when they both watch KR?

I would assume that logging the same or similar thing in two different graphs is going to cause some interference. maybe fivefingerdeathpunch will enlighten us.

3.1" pulley for now, it seems ok for the track, but driving around town and on the highway I have more kr, so I might go back up to the 3.2 and pull some timing, but we will see, if I keep my foot out of the throttle when i'm going 90, there isn't enough kr to worry about.

I think it might have something to do with your selection on the knock graph. On one you asking for the "A" aka average and the other you are looking for the "+" aka max amount, so the number are going to be different.
