dont think id trust that scan, look at the rpm's during all that kr, hows it 6,000 then 3700 and up and down like that while 100% throttle?

Ran another scan today after pulling timing, no change. If anything it looks worse.
actually started when they did the rockers and headers upgrade. I got the upgraded MAF so when I do my cam setup this spring I dont have to worry about outflowing
hows your motor mounts? the headers hitting any where?
rockers and headers should remove kr, not add it lol. got to be something going on there.
you do new springs with the rockers?
I was looking at my car because I think I have some false kr too, and saw that the hard power steering lines are pretty close to the bottom part of the headers, they aren't touching, but they might be close enough to rattle, but it's hard to tell without getting under the car
mounts are good, no hitting in the front, yes I did 90# springs w/mod'd retainers, It sounds more like from the downpipe region, I am just gonna say screw it until I get the cam done
time to get under it and look for marks. check the sway bar for contact marks.
adding a cam wont fix this. id get this under control before a cam goes in.
and your maf needs work still too. -15 ltft wot aint no good.
Im very limited on what I can do being a disabled Vet, the people doing my cam install are gonna take a look at it, and do my tune. Since the last shop was a joke to say the least.
I didn't look at your scan too close, like Scott did, but a -15 ltft is not good. and a cam won't fix it either, if it's false kr. Right now I'm running an xp cam with 130's, ported L32 heads, headers, stock gen 3 with stock pulley, and have been seeing as much as 1.5* of kr. With those mods and 16* of timing, there shouldn't be any kr, but for whatever reason, there is
Appreciate it, I got some good local guys helping me with the big stuff now. But yes, I will work on my MAF tune and see if I can get it dialed in better.
Some of you should re-read this thread from the beginning.
Pulling 10% of fuel without a wideband is not a good idea but what do I know.
No wideband, no major fuel changes. I don't give two ****s if someone else tuned it and their dyno says it's "good". You have no proof of anything real time AFR related, you can't just guess at this stuff.
Okay, so I decided to pull some fueling . . . for better or worse. . . did a write entire, relearned LTFTs, then did a couple of WOT runs and its at 0* KR!!!!!! WTH, how does that work!?
