looks like you split a pos wire out of the fuse box, split it, one side to the switch, the other to the pos side of the t stat. then ground the ground wire to the fan, then run the other pos wire of the fan to the switch and tap the t stat wire into it as well.
thats a super cheap o unit. not even using a relay, i bet it burns up in a week if you get it to even work. that being said, id try to add a relay to that set up.
