My gp was outta commision for a couple of days . My car started over heating and i took it to the dealership to have it fixed. Well they told me it would be a couple of days and that they would have to set me up with a rental, i said ok. Next thing i kno some girl from hertz shows up with a cobalt talkin bout this is the car ur getting. I said u bumped ur head lady, there is no way imma downgrade to a freakin cobalt!!! well the agency didnt have anything else but a ford fusion, i took it, it sucks. This little experience has deffinitely made appreciate how tite of a car i really have.

Kind of like the POS Toyota the dealership was giving me to drive when I was having my Land Rover's headliner replaced. Then I was given a POS Intrigue, so I took it upon myself to have as much fun with it as you can have in one. Did you know they do the 1/4 mile in about 15-16 seconds with around 11-12 degrees of KR?

while i was in the navy i had to work the airshow one year as the guy who greeted the performers and the las day i had to help bring back a few of the rentals. i ended up bringing back a hhr, pt loser, charger(v6) and a g6. i gotta say i was more impressed with the g6 over the charger. i fell in love with g6's that day.

a few years ago my moms '91 98 Regency had some problems, when the tow truck driver came to get it, he "forgot" to take the car out of park first, and dragged it up onto the truck, and scrapped up the front bumper putting it on the flat bed. then about a half hour later Enterprise showed up with an '01 Toyota Corolla CE (crappy edition)... it smelled like bug spray, and it had NO options... such an extreme downgrade from her Regency...

then when my friend got rear ended in her '02 Corolla CE (lol) she got an '05 Stratus 2.7 for a rental. she had me drive it for her, because her neck was fukt up... that thing SUCKED MAJOR ASS!! no power, rode hard... but it did have some pretty trick gauge lights lol...

rentals suck... my cousin got an '07 Grand Cherokee for a rental when her '06 Explorer was getting painted... she hated it... it was so plastic!

Well I can't crack on the rental car thing. It's kinda the reason I came to know about GP's. When my honda got hit they gave me a 07 GP. That's why as soon as they fix the honda, I sold it to my grand parents and went and bought my 99 GTP. I liked the rental GP, so I went and bought one lol.

    like Jeff Foxworthy says

rental assistant; "Would you like the insurance with this car?"

Jeff; "Yes I would, cause you got a Ford Festiva thats about to see more air than a skate board at the X-Games"

    LMAO

A few years back when the cooling fans went out in his 01 BMW, the dealer wanted to give him a crapalier. He argued with them about it, but still got stuck. Lets just say when it went back the front tires were bald, the rears had flat spots, the e-brake was shot, and needed a all wheel alignment. Next time he had to get a rental, they gave him another bimmer.

Floor it every where you go. Try going into a drive way, slamming it into reverse, the turn out and slam it into drive. Have your foot on the gas the whole time.
