    ok, motor is toast lol.

    this is just one cam journal and cap. Didn't bother pulling the rest. From what I hear, the heads are super expensive and would make more sense to just replace the motor with a crate engine
    can anyone help with this problem? 2004 f150 5.4l 3v Attached Images
