dogs are far more then a hobby lol they are flat out work if you want the dog to be a good dog.

my dog knew a load of words too. i could line up all his toys, tell him what i wanted and he would get it. then the long list of stupid pet tricks i taught him lol

the best part was i was able to turn him off in a second from full bore nuts, to play time is over. and his nose. i could have made money off his nose. i had him sniff out bags of weed at friends houses, hes like you'll never find my stash, oh, yeah, watch this crap lol he found both of his stashes lol my dog was nick named the nark after that lol he could find coke too.

by far the best mind f was my back yard had 8 yards of del river stone around the back side of my pool. i had one rock with his name on it with a marker. pitch dark id rub it in my hands, let the dog smell it then hold the dog back and toss it 100 feet away on the other side of the pool. ( in the dark) he would come back with that rock, or nothing. once it landed in the pool, and he was at the edge of the pool sniffing for it. after he was done looking in the rocks.

one friend was like you should have bet me on that trick lol

Kind of a continuation of this I guess? http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...hlight=hobbies

My hobbies mostly take a break in the summer, it's almost all car stuff then, mixed with hanging out with friends and a little shooting bb guns. Around July each year a friend and I go kinda crazy with fireworks lol. When the weather gets cold I'm forced to do indoor things. So either playing guitar, working on small engine equipment(recently a Kawasaki dirt bike) in my heated garage, or messing with electricity/transformers, and doing custom electrical projects. I also save old broken parts that I replace on cars at work and creatively destroy them with electricity lol. But that has to be done outdoors.

Ever since I got that old mercury area light and rebuilt it with new parts(posted in the post whoring thread a while back), I've been obsessed with HID lamps so that's all I've been doing lately lol. I've got a couple 100w halide lamps now that I got for cheap on ebay, and I want to do a custom high pressure sodium hid lamp soon. The Halide lamps are basically the same thing that we use for hid's in cars. Just a lot bigger and brighter.

I'm a car guy so if I am not working on mine own 3, then I may be doing something on someone else's. Having ASE certs does have its merits I suppose... Driving a tractor trailer eats between 50-60 hours a week. When I lived in Jersey, I tried to get out with my friends as much as I could but working two jobs and having a baby almost 7 years ago really eats time. Funny thing though... My wife bought me an original Xbox eons ago for Christmas and had it modified. The novelty wore off but I never got rid of it. Today, I play it with my daughter and have even bought a few kid games for her. We were playing Halo a little but ago, much to my wife's displeasure. One of these days I want to pick something cool like a 70 Malibu or Lemans, or maybe a late 80's G body or F Body and do an LSx swap. I saw an 86-ish Cutlass Supreme the other week and thought, damn... that would be cool with an LS and some 16" IROC wheels on it....

Other than working on cars I do a lot of mountain biking and hiking. I always like to go shoot when I can but with ammo always costing too much and the lack of time I don't do it much. I also love fishing, like to do surf fishing the most.

    I get into everything.

One day I'll be doing something around the house (inside) next day I might be working on something outside. A car, working out, name it. I am constantly busy and always have a bunch of things I'd like to try or do.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
