Did you admit to having them at all??
Because you could say they are no longer around and that they can't make you buy them and put them in a car that will be crushed.
To me it really just sounds like they are pushing you around, those offer nothing towards the value of the vehicle and have 100% nothing to do with the car getting smashed.
The insurance company values the car based on how it came from the factory, minus wear & tear. So they assume that you haven't "taken" anything from the car.
They are perfectly entitled to deduct for anything that was supplied with the car, but no longer there. (If the car came with alloy wheels, but you have steel wheels on the car, they can deduct for that too.)
If you want to argue (sorry, negotiate) about the value of the spare tire and jack ("these things go for $10 on ebay") you can do that.
BTW they also have to add the value of any permanent modifications (such as a permanently installed remote starter), but you'll have to prove the value.

Yea I bought it without them, called today & they said they will not charge me since I don't gve them
This is how insurance works. When my T-Bird was written off, I told them that I would be removing most of the accessories that I had put in. They had a small list of "stock" items that they insisted remain in the vehicle. The best part was that these "stock" items didn't have to be installed, just in the vehicle. So I threw the stock radio in the passenger floor. LOL
