Well most of the mods that he listed are internal. Although there is a smaller pulley/mps on the car.
But yes the mods are real that he listed and usually go along with the combo that he has.
Why does that car look familiar to me?
Like TDC said, they are real mods, but being internal, Hard to tell. Sounds like a good deal, but I wouldn't say run out and buy it. With having the mods, you really can't say how hard he's driven the car and how often. I would go and check it out real good.
Yeah it all seems legit, but you can't really see the work he has done from the pictures but it seems pretty well maintained. Great price to it is a year under mine and not much more than I paid. I would go see it in person rather than ask for pictures.
Stay away.
um, 4000 for a 97. is not bad at all. I wouldnt even consider it cheap.
you can pick up even more modified cars for less than that. the car is 11 years old.... they do depriciate. and modified cars have less value.......
It looks ok...but i would look for a stock GTP. Mod it yourself, doing everything the right way. Being a modded GTP you never know how many passes/bunouts/abuse the car went through. You dont want to buy a car and then a week later be replacing something major. A couple of friends of mine bought modded cars, none of them kept it long at all. I have yet to hear a good story of buying a modded car.
I'd be careful on that one, that car probably has been rode hard and put up wet a few times. I'd worry about the tranny and how well the cam was installed. Many have spun rod bearings months later do to not being clean enough when poping in a new bumpstick.
I'd stay away unless you have extra cash ready incase problems arise....
