lol, the first thing that came to mind was 4th grade..."You're ugly as sin, and not quick whatsoever!" :th_laugh-lol2:
First, you are just trolling. You are not adding anything to this thread. Second, talk is cheap. If you want to put your money where your mouth is, I know a few Mark VII owners up your way that will gladly take it from you; straight line, curvys, oval, they say it does not matter. :th_thumbsup-wink: Third, since you seem to be better at teh internets then at real life, a link to your problem: LINK :th_nanana:
Re: Quick Question - What kind of car is this?
BWAHHAHAHAHA...from a fellow blue car owner...boosting98, you sir have just been served NOOB...s**t's WEAK!!! lol
There was a Procharged one @ KCIR awhile back that ran LOW LOW 13's, I think he cracked 12's if I remember right; on street tires too. Clean ass car and the driver was pretty cool too. X2 about your making the thread die post. The guy asked a question. Others were here to help answer and I have learned a lot from reading this thread. Thanks Josh for taking the time to tell us about your car. Mods and pics would be sweet too.
All in all Boosting98 just needs to see the fact that were all here to help each other and bashing a car out of the blue?? Go home.

I think I know the guy with the Procharged one. Another one that runs out there is low 12's on turbos. Mine is nothing to write home about. H/C/I, gears, and a 5-speed. It is a ton of fun to drive, though! It needs paint, so I do not have many pictures of it because of that, but here is a decent one:

Very similar reasoning to why a lot of us prefer Impalas to GPs. :)

Thanks. It really is just as easy as a Fox-body Mustang, and there are plenty of guys screaming these things down the track embarrassing others in their "Grandpa" car. :th_laugh-lol3:
Re: Quick Question - What kind of car is this?
yours faster than the gtp?? :D
Re: Quick Question - What kind of car is this?
Probably not with just intake headers and gears...but solid 14's though I bet :D

lol, funny story. My car is the Lincoln; the wife's car is the GTP. When I bought my car, it was a solid 15.0 with poor tires and launch. The GTP was a solid 14.0 under the same conditions. Then I did the work to the Mark VII, and it should be solid high-13's. Then I did more work to her car, and it should be solid low-13's. I think I am going to need some giggle-juice to catch back up to her! :th_king-evil:

I have more then that done. H/C/I is heads/cam/intake, and intake refers to the entire intake manifold setup. It should pull high-13's with the 4.10's and the 5-speed. Actually, here is a copy/paste of my Lincoln forums sig:
-------------------------------------------------------
1992 Mark VII LSC SE: FR500's, KYB's, Kenny Brown C/C plates, subframe connectors, 4.10's, 190lph fuel pump, smog delete, U/D pulleys, T-5, 3G, Mark VIII fan, adjustable FPR, 70mm MAF, 65mm TB, ported Cobra intakes w/ spacer, ported GT40 heads w/ valve job, 1.72 rockers, XE270hr-14 cam, BBK headers, 2½" exhaust w/ off-road X-pipe.
270hp 305ft.lb.
Re: Quick Question - What kind of car is this?

Probably. Gutted, it would have close to 1,000lbs on me, which in itself is a full second. I have some fiberglass in the plans to close that gap, though.
Re: Quick Question - What kind of car is this?
I've always liked the ol' Mark VIIs. I've seen a few at the track deep into the 13s. Nice sleeper car indeed. I respect them for sure, nice interior and not too shabby body lines...
Re: Quick Question - What kind of car is this?
yea, ive seen bolt on 02 gt go 12's with slicks with 265hp and 300tq.
