    basically i was heading straight and approaching intersection, opposing suv decided to try to cut me off and mistimed it and hit me on the front driver side. cop on scene said driver taken to hospital for bloodtest. adjuster said he believes its repairable based on the airbags didnt go off and the windshield's fine. now im waiting on the mechanic for the actual numbers.

    Good luck with it.

    With that much damage, i'm not sure I personally would want it fixable. Sometimes a car is never right after a good crunch, unless a compent body man works on it that is.

    Hopefully it goes whatever way you want it to go...

    Yep, its usually never right again. Its hard to get anything done right anymore no matter what it is (body, suspension, brakes, etc), people don't give a ****...

    It'll buff out!!!



    "IF" they try to fix it. DON"T let them put on aftermarket parts.... you want OEM factory. this will drive the cost up... and will more than likely total it. I bet that core support needs a good pull.....

    I'd also put in to get the frame alignment checked. Bet atleast something is bent under there that they won't see.

    Good info for sure. I don't see how it won't total out. Thats gotta be an EASY $3,000+ in damages to that car, paint and body work ain't cheap. I bet i'm even lowballing it a bit too...

    I agree. And depending on how the rest on the paint looks, it may not be the usual fade in. Might have to get the whole car painted and that would really get the price up there.
