I know Texas does, but I just dont recall ever seeing that around here in Oklahoma. I always chalked it up to one of those Weirdo Texas things. Kinda like thinking Texas is a better team than OU

I-44 is 75mph I know for a fact. I've yet to see a road in Texas that isn't limited at 70. o_O
