Well I've had my share of tickets so far lol. Just showing up in court does a lot imo. I don't think a lawyer's worth it unless you just absolutely CAN'T risk anything else on the driving record due to insurance ro whatever your reason. All but 1 of my tickets got reduced and thrown off the record. I still paid fines.. but they didn't go on the record. SO if this is all you got going, just show up in court and play it out. You were only 13 over. Beats the hell out of my 84 in a 65, or my 72 in a 55. Believe it or not the 42 in a 35 is what stuck on the record.
Anyway, keep us posted. If you have money to throw at a lawyer then you'd probably pay him the total amount of fines and owe the system nothing. It's all what you wanna do. I even got letters in the mail lawyers asking to represent me HAHA
