its alittle more then half but diag work is were they suck the most, they dont pay for ****. You could spend 2 hours looking into a customers compliant but if you dont find anything or cant duplicate it then you wont get paid at all. and if you do find something you get paid you fix it and 1/4 your diag time..but they say "you can request work time" but if your time punches on the RO arnt 100% spot on then they reject it and say " you ran .6 on this line and .2 on this line. that should be the other way around so were not paying"Originally Posted by Rob97gtp
parts are stupidly over priced and the labor rate is 120, and on mini's the labor rate is 110. Over place does both.
