I pronounce it ray-men. Could be that I've lived down south too long and lost a lot of my upstate pronunciations. I've never noticed how people around here pronounce it.

I thought over in your area they called it Oddles and Noodles.

All this food talk, chow hall closes at 1930, getting off my arse and going time now.

To show what they give us at the Chow hall here at FT. Polk. Chicken Parmigiana, Kidney Beans, Broccoli Cheese soup and cake with butter cream frosting. There where other choices, but this what I went with.

Had a mid-afternoon snack, it's Crawfish season here in Louisiana. I'm used to brisket/ TX style BBQ. Since I'm stuck in Louisiana, might as well enjoy the food.
