come to jersey, every 150 has a girl driver, not kidding. it cant haul weight, its a 1/2 ton truck, ( which means it weak) and they are under powered to do any "real towing."
150 and 1500 are not even strong enough to be a true work truck. its DD that has a large bed, thats it.
thats why they have 5 or 6 lug wheels and 1/2 ton 10 bolt rear ends, weak sauce.
the 2500 and up have full floating rear ends, 14 bolts corporate rears or a (dana rear, comes with a duramax) locking rear diffs, 8 lug wheels. and heavy duty everything else, so it can haul a ton or more. where that 150 would have it rear bumper on the ground, and the axles snapped in two.
and ford has about the worst 4x4 set up out there, buy a ford if you want a 4x4 thats really 2 wheel drive, being the right rear, and left front will be the only wheels with any power to them.
ford also has no idea where to mount the side view mirrors, they have horrible placement. the seat in a ford, i dont care for at all.
the only thing i will ever say good about a ford truck is that YES, they can carry a good load , and do it well. if its not a 150 that is.
