For sure, it looks like a 458 front end with a 5th gen ass

yeah, i liked the concept they had in the transformers movie. that was very futuristic and i think people knew that would change, but that was much better. than this. this is just ugly for a corvette.

Uhh no the concept was ugly.. This body could work but the front end needs to have more curves then edges, and the ass needs the round quads and not the maro lights

yeah i mean it was a concept though. i wish they had kept the general shape of that. instead they seemed to have kept the rough edges on this newer, closer concept. and yeah the tail lights were dumb on the concept but i just ignored them cuz i figure they would keep the round dual quads.

The pushrod v8 by itself needs to go. This new vette either needs a Whipple, turbo, or DOHC, They could and probably will downsize the engine while keeping it a V8.

I don't see why it needs to be OHC or whipple.

OHC increases cost, weight and size. Whipple is a low volume producer. Eaton on the other hand can handle volume.

There is already a 5.5 L engine in use in C6.R, that will probably be the basis for the next gen.

There is an image of the thing floating around somewhere.

Current guesses are that it either has injectors under the valve covers (direct injection) or some fancy third valve.
