Another option.. drive gp as beater to college etc. Leave good car..at home or wherever you feel comfortable leaving it and enjoy no door dings/scuff bumpers etc.

I get that things break, but in the past 2 months I have put the 500 in it. I have this bad feeling things are just going to start dropping out from under me lol

I would say no to: 3 series, xterra, liberty, durango, element, and 04 gto without even looking at them. Just IMO.

If you're going for a gto you should go for an 05

    What's the difference between a 04 and an 05?

04 gto have the 5.7 liter v8 ls1 engine. SSingle side dual exhaust that looks lame as well as a normal hood that's boring. 05-06 gtos have the 6.0 liter v8 ls2 and has split dual exhaust which looks sweet as well as hood scoops and all around better gto. (IMO) ls1 cranks about 350hp and 360 trq while the ls2 is 400 hp/trq

im pretty sure they started putting the LS2 6.0 in GTO's half way through 05 because i know some 05's have the LS1 5.7 and some had the LS2. the only thing bad about the GTO IMO is the independent rear suspension, they dont hook up as good in a straight run.

who cares what he gets, in a few months it will be destroyed because he does not appreciate the value because he did not have to pay for it himself

I would say no to Gto/TA..your 18 no need for a v8 and at that insurance will be pricey for mommy and daddy. Plus have your checked what they get for mpg and maintenance isn't exactly cheap on LS.

Integra is overpriced and for being a 17 gear old car. Even if the mileage isn't over 100k.

Eclipse = DSM crap. Your better off keeping gp if your look for 'more reliable'.
