OH but Dave there is this perfect house that actually has lots of land that backs right up to ours and heck it even has a 3 car detached garage AND a shop out back complete with kitchen and bathroom for 110,000. But this would require you to move to Missouri. However, then you would be soooo much closer for the Branson meet.

I say we take up a collection and get a fund together and help him come up with a down payment and moving expenses. Missouri would be close enough for me.
