i know not in your color. but u can do what u want, cause it will still look good.

all it is a 40th anniversary edition for the older gp's. not sure about the 4 door daytona's either.

some specs 2 what and where they put things................

To commemorate the 2000 Daytona 500, Pontiac introduced the Grand Prix GTP “Daytona 500 Pace Car” Edition. They built 2,000 of these vehicles which had several special features. Some of the features proved popular enough to be included on future Grand Prix models.

    These features include:

NASCAR inspired roof rail fences (optional on later models)

Two-tone leather seating with embroidered “Daytona 500” logos

Small “Daytona 500” decal from the lower door to the back wheel well

“One of 2000 – Daytona 500” checkered flag emblem on center console

Special silver dash bezel and interior trim

    Stainless steel exhaust tips

Special rear spoiler (optional on later models)

Hood heat extractors (optional on later models)

Daytonas were only coupes and all other GPs in 2000 were Silvermist Metallic, but the Daytona only Galaxy Silver color debuted on them. 2001 Galaxy Silver replaced Silvermist.

I've seen a couple full on Daytona "clones". I've seen alot of GPs with some or most parts installed.

2001 Special Edition coupe or sedan was similar and available in Black, Red, white, and silver. 2002 40th also shared much of the accessories available in GT or GTP coupe or sedan.

I love my Daytona hood, but will I think it's on its way out unless I put it on the 00 GTP daily driver I just bought.

Good luck. Some of the parts are hard to come by, expensive, etc. If you go for the spoiler buy the whole trunk/spoiler combo if you can or be prepared to fill and drill mounting holes.

mine is basically a gtp. leather int, heads up, no moon roof, umm got the checkers on the doors and trunk tq star wheels in silver with the daytona caps in the wheels, embelims in the doors (interior), and # of production in center console. the only real thing that makes my gtp diff than yours is the paint (for now).

you cant have a daytona without buying a daytona..that would be weak putting the badges on and having false advertisement. use all of the components if you want because they are sweet..but dont badge it incorrectly.
