    get a haynes manual.



    Open hood, Find radiator hose that goes to the top of the engine. Undo the clamp for the hose on the engine side.Pull hose off of the water neck. Undo the 2 10mm bolts that hold the water neck to the engine. Pull water neck off of engine. Replace gasket o-ring before you reinstall everything. Take thermostat out of the water neck (pops out) . And reverse removal instructions for installation.Why do you want a 180 thermostat?

    why would you not want a 180* t-stat? it helps a ton with keeping the engine cool. the only downside is slight decrease in mileage.

    Im not saying it was a bad idea shoot i have a 160. just wondering why is all
