Black Prix, rims, tint (duh, can't live there w/o it). Might have been lowered. not sure how anyone gets over those speed mountains in the road in a prix though.

No, didn't try.. was too busy looking at the policia and the hardware they carry.
I live in Mexico. Wheels, tint and lowering are the number 1 mod around here. I don't do wheels or lowering because of the speed mountains that you mentioned. My GTP hits every single one of those speed bumps as it is, you need to go over them diagonally.
By rule you will find speed bumps at every school and church. 90% of the speed bumps that you see are there because people put them there themselves without any permit and no one removes them.
Theres this street near were I live that has 3 speed bumps within 30ft. I should take a pic of it, it's ridiculous. I know the idiots who live there put those bumps there, so when I see them outside their house I spin the tires in front of them after I go over the 3 bumps to piss them off.

So Juan.. Cancun city area? We went from the airport to Playa Mujeres. Dunno exactly which route the driver took... but I noted a GP that I figured was signed up here.
