Blower work is easy. The use of a good rotary file will make the job much more painless.

Hey Dan, Don't touch the intake side of the head as far as porting goes. The walls are paper thin. Maybe hit it with a flapper wheel to smooth it out. Thats it though.

Thanks for the warning. I'll just smooth those out, then. That saves me a few hours of work not being able to work on them, so I guess I'm happy about that part.Originally Posted by TDCRacing
