its not a great deal, but its not a bad deal. subarus will hold their value like crazy. if it was well maintained, non modified (which it looks like) it could easily fetch $5k with the right buyer even with 150k miles. being that its an 02 might bring the value down a little, but overall i do not think that asking price is unreasonable knowing that he is going to get talked down by someone.
this isnt a cheap GM that you can score on with 80k miles for $3k. it just doesn't work that way with cars with a better build quality. hell, the motor alone in that car is probably work $1k.
