Thats just one of a number of articles than can be found that completely blow the notion that the rich don't pay enough out of the water.

First off that article is from 2007. Second off, Goggling something doesn't prove its correct. If you have multiple and CURRENT sources for information I would see your point.

The main point I am trying to make is that the middle and upper middle class pay MORE taxes (Per income percentage) than any other bracket.
