    Geddy,

I will add more photos as they become available. I would have used a lot more (I think there is 33 pictures in there now) but several people sent me pictures in too low of resolution to be useable. We're talking 640 x 480. The base resolution I used was 1024 x 768 and I wanted to go higher than that. I was able to take a couple of the 800 x 600 photos and up sample them to 1024 x 768 buts not something I like to do.

So if I get more pictures, like burnouts, then I'll add them. But as with anything else, you dont want too many of them.

I can create transition effects but as far as making it move around the screen, I dont think I can. That said it would take a while for it to sit there to actually burn in and Im not even sure if you can burn in an LCD screen. CRT monitors sure, but I dont know about LCD screens. But it would take you a very long time of running that screen saver alone for there to be any type of burn in.

There is no way for anyone add their own music after the screen saver is compiled into the .exe installer. Im using commercial software to make the screen saver and it has TONS of options. I can set registration codes, splash screens and a host of other stuff. You just cant add to it after its been compiled to the .exe file.

The other issue with the music is that I have it set up to run and reach the end of its track about the time the pictures finish. Unfortunately I have no way to trigger it to restart exactly at the beginning of the pictures. So that means that as new pictures are added I'll probably have to come up with some different music. I decided to spare everyone my Barry Manillow tracks though.

There is an easter egg in the screen saver. Find it and you'll find naked hooters girls standing next to all the cars.

Hey, Scotty. It just dawned on me that I never sent you new pictures after I got my GXP. I'll send a few over to you when I get home tonight.

Why not just make a V6 faster?
