I agree.
Lately, I have seen people asking the same questions over and over again. When a simple click of the search button or browsing around the site would get the question answered.
People seem to be getting lazier in searching.
There's gotta be something to make them read it when they sign up to join?

Unfortunately we can't force people into reading anything or even making them accept the terms ,etc .... As the old saying goes, You can lead a horse to water, but you can't force him to drink it
