    Soo about a month ago i bought my slp headers yay finally got them and then i finally got them installed yay!!! Well not sooo much, Before that i had 3.4 pulley with supporting mods, and well i spent 1k on the headers and 400 on the install, it was a pita to install Well anyways for the money i spent on the headers and install i could of got a full size ic and droped the pulley for about the same price, oh and probably got it installed too and it would of been alot more of a gain in performance. I just dont think i really needed the headers at the stage i was at. Soo anyways if anybody is ever thinking about slp headers get a full size ic first because it's gonna cost about the same and theirs gonna be a better improvement in performance. Yea i lost a little lowend performance but topend i gained but i can't really feel any difference. It's just one of those times where you wanna use a time machine lol.
    SLP headers, Wizaird cai, zzp1.0pcm ,slp powerflo catback, 3.4mps, NGK TR55's, 180*, zzp stage 1 hv tb,tb spacer, tb heatshield, Triple Edge Performance High performance Tranny, flipped motor mounts, spring blockers, prj 10.4mm wires, Sloted rotors & Ceramic brake pads,Alternator Voltage Booster. zzp 1.9 rockers & 105# springs

    I payed 889.00 for my headers with install kit and obviously shipping is extra. I installed them myself so now money spent there. You may not be happy now but you have that part done. I think a full size IC with exhaust manifolds is stupid. Most people consider headers a supporting mods for a 3.4(me included).

    All in all if you're as sick as most of us the headers are going to continue to pay off as you continue to drop more money into your car.

    I donno about a full sized IC and manifolds being stupid... for awhile I ran basically a full IC, Rockers, and manifolds (PEMs) and I was able to run a 3.0" KR free on 93 octane. Seemed to work pretty good. But I do agree Headers should be a supporting mod for a 3.4". If I had to do it over again i'd done headers for exhaust flow.

    You have a nice mod list now, a full sized IC would do wonders for your setup even without rockers or a cam, it would surprise the hell out of you. I would save up and do that next if I were you.

    As i've always said, the Full Sized IC was the BEST mod I've ever done on my cars. And IMO an IC should of been factory installed on these cars...

    This is just my opinion, but dont pay someone to instal your stuff. They rip you off big time. $400 to instal headers!!!! Are you serious. I would have done it for some pizza and a 6 pack and have you help out. You will never appreciate your car for what it is unless you get down and dirty and do the **** yourself.

    I say you wasted a big amount of money on just headers. With that money, you could have done headers, and an IC, and a few other things.
    Yeah its a grand prix, so what, wanna fight about it.
