When I took a class at the MI State Police HQ, they said the Caprice was better in every way over the Charger PPV, but they are like $5k more so they couldn't get them because they needed...(i dont remember) 80 or 800 vehicles. So my state police are changing to the new Charger...

nice... Oklahoma updated to the chargers last year so I doubt anyone will be getting the new body style for a few years to come... or decades if they do like they did with the old caprices
