just the tape... oh and it was a thick foam white tape. It worked great for like a week.

you need to use a couple of self taping screws as well.

yeah i know i bought some when i bought the parts, But i couldn't bring myself to put them on.
Im thinking about buying the real thing... cost isnt an issue,
its the heavy snowfall that worries me.
